BURGER GRILLING
Find out who will earn the prestigious title of "South Lake Union's Best Burger" at the Whole Foods Market Burger Grilling Competition. Defending champion Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar will compete against Brave Horse Tavern, Lunchbox Laboratory, Whole Foods Market and FareStart to grill up their best burger.
A panel of local burger connoisseurs and food critics will judge the competition on the following criteria: taste, cost value, ease of preparation, creativity and presentation.
Competition will be held live at 5 PM on the Discovery Center lawn, next to the beer garden and main stage.
